After three weeks of school things finally begin to pick up in the form of work and what-not. I hear the greatest quotes eveyday that I want to post, but because I don’t have my handheld to write them down with I forget them instantly. Bummer.
After BestBuy totally "drops the ball" with a recent purchase of mine, I’ve lost much faith in them. They sold me some A/V Modulator which could connect and rewire many devices simultaneously (something my system is missing). I found out, after hooking it up etc etc, that it sends a semi-static signal to the video line which creates those ugly lines that crawl the screen constantly. So it’s now returned and I got the money back. Tsk Tsk, BestBuy…I gave you an inch…you thought you were a ruler.
I worked at the Republican Fundraiser thing this Sunday evening for Virgil Goode. It was quite interesting to hear these hard-core Republicans talk about stuff. Speakers were so-so, and I kinda got pretty bored, but the food was good. If you understand the Connotations thing, then good (no pun intended) for you…it was more of a "you had to be there" thing.
Shout Out to all the things I’ve forgotten to write in here over the ages. I miss you so much.
